Adriana is the agency's real estate advisor. She is your contact from the first message to the signing: she sends you the properties that match your search, arranges viewings, passes on offers and liaises with the parties' lawyers and notaries.

• Transparency about the group: THERD SRL also runs Casa Terrenas (1- to 12-month rentals posted by owners) and Terrenas Check (property verification). If one of these services is involved in your transaction, we tell you, and you remain free to choose another professional.
