- The real accounts: declared revenue, taxes paid up with the DGII.
- Staff: contracts, social security and employees' accrued entitlements; your lawyer will tell you which liabilities you could take on as a buyer.
- Land use, if you plan to change the activity or extend.
- Structure: many foreign buyers operate through a Dominican company; discuss it with your lawyer and accountant before you sign.
