Do you know your neighborhood and enjoy building relationships with owners?
Your role is to identify properties that could be offered for sale or rent, then put the owners in touch with the agency so that it can obtain a listing agreement. You are paid if the approved listing then leads to a transaction for which the agency is actually paid.
For people well established in their neighborhood and comfortable with owners.

Would you like real estate to become a more significant professional activity?
Depending on your skills and the terms of collaboration, you may take part in prospecting, qualifying clients, organizing viewings and supporting transactions commercially. The agency coordinates and approves every file.
For people who want a lasting commitment and to build their own network. Sales or real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Your questions about the partner program
Do I need real estate experience?
No, it is not required, whatever the profile. What matters is the motivation to build your network and find new prospects. You can start as an ambassador by simply introducing our agency to people with a real estate project in Las Terrenas: buying a villa, selling a plot of land, looking for a rental… For more advanced roles, the agency supports you, and legal obligations are reviewed with each applicant.
Do I have to work full time?
No. The program is designed for independent collaborations, at your own pace and according to your availability, within the terms agreed with the agency.
How am I paid?
Remuneration depends on the type of partnership and the transactions completed. Commissions and their terms are set out in a written agreement. They are paid once the transaction has been completed and the agency has actually received the corresponding commission. No minimum income is guaranteed.
Do I have to pay to join the network?
The agency does not charge any entry fee to join the program. However, any personal costs linked to an independent activity (travel, phone, paperwork) remain the partner's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
Can I work with you if I am a French national?
Yes, provided you hold the status and authorizations legally required for the activities you carry out in the Dominican Republic and comply with the applicable tax and professional obligations. The program is open to women and men of all nationalities under the same conditions.
Can I work from another town?
Our development is starting mainly in Las Terrenas and on the Samaná peninsula. Other areas may be considered depending on the projects and the legal requirements.
Is this a salaried job?
No. This page presents a network of independent partners. The actual nature of each collaboration must match its legal status and the real conditions under which it is carried out.
